I rongo ia i te tangi o te tetere, a kihai i tupato; ki runga ano i a ia ona toto. Tena ia, mehemea ia i tupato, ka mawhiti i a ia tona wairua.

He heard the sound of the shofar and did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he that takes warning shall deliver his soul.
