M o reira ko te kupu tenei a te Ariki, a Ihowa, Aue, te mate mo te pa toto, me te kohua he waikura nei tona, kihai nei tona waikura i tahia! whakaputaina ki waho tenei wahi ona, tenei wahi ona; kahore tetahi rota i tau ki runga i a ia.

Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it.
