I tau hanganga i tou whare tairanga ki te ahunga mai o nga ara katoa, i tau mahinga i tau wahi tiketike ki nga waharoa katoa; kihai tau i rite ki ta te wahine kairau, e whakahawea ana hoki koe ki te utu;

In that thou buildest thine eminent place in the head of every way, and makest thine high place in every street; and hast not been as an harlot, in that thou scornest hire;
