H eoi ko te kupu tenei a Ihowa o nga mano, a te Atua o Iharaira, Tenei ahau te whangai nei i a ratou, i tenei iwi, ki te taru kawa, te whakainu nei i a ratou ki te wai kawa.

Therefore thus hath the LORD of the hosts the God of Israel said: Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood and give them water of gall to drink.
