K o koe ia, kaua e wehi, e taku pononga, e Hakopa, kaua e pawera, e Iharaira: no te mea, nana, maku koe e whakaora i tawhiti, ou uri hoki i te whenua i whakaraua ai ratou; a ka hoki mai a Hakopa, ka ata noho, ka whai tanga manawa, te ai he kaiwha kawehi mona.

“But do not fear, O My servant Jacob, And do not be dismayed, O Israel! For behold, I will save you from afar, And your offspring from the land of their captivity; Jacob shall return, have rest and be at ease; No one shall make him afraid.
