N a ka meinga e ahau kia he te whakaaro o Hura raua ko Hiruharama ki tenei wahi; a ka meinga ratou e ahau kia hinga i te hoari i te aroaro o o ratou hoariri, i te ringa ano o te hunga e whai ana kia whakamatea ratou: a ko o ratou tinana ka hoatu e ahau hei kai ma nga manu o te rangi, ma nga kararehe hoki o te whenua.

And I have made void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place, and have caused them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hand of those seeking their life, and I have given their carcase for food to the fowl of the heavens, and to the beast of the earth,
