K o te tangata e waha ana i te toto o te tangata, ka rere ia ki roto ki te rua; kaua tetahi e pupuri i a ia.

If a man willfully sheds the blood of a person, he is fleeing to the pit (the grave) and hastening to his own destruction; let no man stop him!
