H e aha koe i piko ai, e toku wairua? He aha koe i ohorere ai i roto i ahau? Tumanako ki te Atua: tera ano ahau e whakawhetai ki a ia, ko te ora nei ia o toku mata, ko toku Atua.

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Wait for God, for I shall yet praise him, who is the saving health of my countenance and my God.
