H e aha koe i piko ai, e toku wairua? i ohorere ai i roto i ahau? Tumanako ki te Atua; tera ano ahau e whakawhetai ki a ia, mo te ora o tona mata.

Why art thou cast down, my soul, and art disquieted in me? hope in God; for I shall yet praise him, the health of his countenance.
