K atahi ka mea te kingi ki a ia, He aha tau mea, e te kuini, e Ehetere? he aha hoki te mea e tonoa nei e koe? ahakoa ko te hawhe o te kingitanga, ka hoatu ki a koe.

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.
