N a kua riro i a ratou nga pa kaha, me te oneone momona, kua whiwhi ano ki nga whare e ki tonu ana i nga mea papai katoa, ki nga poka wai kua oti te keri, ki nga mara waina, oriwa, ki nga rakau hei kai, tona tini; a kai ana ratou, ka makona, kua whai kiko, a koa ana ratou ki te nui o au mea pai.

And they took strong cities and fertile land and inherited houses full of all goods, hewn cisterns, vineyards and oliveyards and many trees of good fruit; so they ate and were filled and became fat and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.
