A e ra, e wha tekau nga tau i atawhaitia ai ratou e koe i te koraha, a kihai i hapa ki tetahi mea; kihai o ratou kakahu i tawhitotia, kihai ano o ratou waewae i pupuhi.

Yea, forty years didst thou sustain them in the wilderness so that they lacked nothing; their clothes did not wax old, and their feet did not swell.
