N a, whawhaitia iho e ahau, kanga iho, patua ana etahi o ratou, hutihutia ana o ratou makawe, whakaoatitia ana ki te Atua, Kaua e hoatu a koutou tamahine ki a ratou tama, kaua ano hoki e tangohia mai a ratou tamahine ma a koutou tama, ma koutou r anei.

And I strive with them, and declare them vile, and smite certain of them, and pluck off their hair, and cause them to swear by God, `Ye do not give your daughters to their sons, nor do ye take of their daughters to your sons, and to yourselves.
