N a ka mea a Ihowa, te Atua, Nana, kua rite nei te tangata ki tetahi o tatou, te mohio ki te pai, ki te kino: na kei totoro atu tona ringa aianei, kei tango i tetahi o nga hua o te rakau o te ora, kei kai, a ka ora tonu:

Yahweh God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand, and also take of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever...”
