N a ka puta a Ihowa ki a Aperama, ka mea, Ka hoatu e ahau tenei whenua ki tou uri. Na ka hanga e ia tetahi aata ki reira ma Ihowa i puta mai nei ki a ia.

Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.
