U nd Saul sprach zu Jonathan: Sage mir, was hast du getan? Jonathan sagte es ihm und sprach: Ich habe ein wenig Honig gekostet mit dem Stabe, den ich in meiner Hand hatte; und siehe, ich muß darum sterben.

Then Saul said to Jonathan, Tell me what thou hast done. And Jonathan told him, and said, I did certainly taste a little honey with the end of the rod that was in my hand; and, lo, I must die.
