S ebah aber und Zalmuna sprachen: Stehe du auf und mache dich an uns; denn darnach der Mann ist, ist auch seine Kraft. Also stand Gideon auf und erwürgte Sebah und Zalmuna und nahm die Spangen, die an ihrer Kamele Hälsen waren.

Then Zebah and Zalmunna said, Rise yourself and fall on us; for as the man is, so is his strength. And Gideon arose and slew Zebah and Zalmunna and took the ornaments that were on their camels’ necks.
