U nd sie stellten das Volk des ganzen Lagers, das gegen Mitternacht vor der Stadt war, also, daß sein letztes reichte bis gegen den Abend von der Stadt. Und Josua ging hin in derselben Nacht mitten in das Tal.

So they put the men in their places. There was the army on the north side of the city, and the secret army on the west side of the city. But Joshua stayed that night in the center of the valley.
