D enn fleischlich gesinnt sein ist wie eine Feindschaft wider Gott, sintemal das Fleisch dem Gesetz Gottes nicht untertan ist; denn es vermag's auch nicht.

The mind that thinks only of ways to please the sinful old self is fighting against God. It is not able to obey God’s Laws. It never can.
