D a aber Paulus wußte, daß ein Teil Sadduzäer war und der andere Teil Pharisäer, rief er im Rat: Ihr Männer, liebe Brüder, ich bin ein Pharisäer und eines Pharisäers Sohn; ich werde angeklagt um der Hoffnung und Auferstehung willen der Toten.

But Paul, knowing that the one part were of the Sadducees and the other of the Pharisees, cried out in the council, Brethren, I am a Pharisee, son of Pharisees: I am judged concerning the hope and resurrection of dead.
