J esus sprach: Hebt den Stein ab! Spricht zu ihm Martha, die Schwester des Verstorbenen: HERR, er stinkt schon; denn er ist vier Tage gelegen.

Jesus said, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of the dead man, exclaimed, But Lord, by this time he throws off an offensive odor, for he has been dead four days!
