D a nun Bileam sah, daß es dem HERRN gefiel, daß er Israel segnete, ging er nicht aus, wie vormals, nach Zauberei, sondern richtete sein Angesicht stracks zu der Wüste,

Now when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he did not go as at other times, to seek to use sorcery, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
