D arum spricht der HERR von Jojakim, dem König Juda's: Es soll keiner von den Seinen auf dem Stuhl Davids sitzen, und sein Leichnam soll hingeworfen des Tages in der Hitze und des Nachts im Frost liegen;

Therefore Yahweh says concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: He will have no one to sit on David’s throne; and his dead body shall be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.
