( Ein Lied Davids im höhern Chor.) HERR, mein Herz ist nicht hoffärtig, und meine Augen sind nicht stolz; ich wandle nicht in großen Dingen, die mir zu hoch sind.

O Lord, my heart is not proud. My eyes are not filled with pride. And I do not trouble myself with important things or in things too great for me.
