U nd er sprach zu dem Volk, das zu Jerusalem wohnte, daß sie ihren Teil gäben den Priestern und Leviten, auf daß sie könnten desto härter halten am Gesetz des HERRN.

He commanded the people living in Jerusalem to give the portion due the priests and Levites, that they might give themselves to the Law of the Lord.
