S ie fingen aber an am ersten Tage des ersten Monats, sich zu heiligen, und am achten Tage des Monats gingen sie in die Halle des HERRN und heiligten das Haus des HERRN acht Tage und vollendeten es am sechzehnten Tage des ersten Monats.

Now they began on the first day of the first month to sanctify, and on the eighth day of the month came they to the porch of Yahweh; and they sanctified Yahweh’s house in eight days: and on the sixteenth day of the first month they made an end.
