A ber Elieser, der Sohn Dodavas von Maresa, weissagte wider Josaphat und sprach: Darum daß du dich mit Ahasja vereinigt hast, hat der HERR deine Werke zerrissen. Und die Schiffe wurden zerbrochen und konnten nicht aufs Meer fahren.

And Eliezer the son of Dodavah, of Mareshah, prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, Jehovah has broken thy works. And the ships were broken, and could not go to Tarshish.
