D a standen die Kinder Ammon wider die vom Gebirge Seir, sie zu verbannen und zu vertilgen. Und da sie die vom Gebirge Seir hatten alle aufgerieben, half einer dem andern zum Verderben.

And the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, to exterminate and destroy; and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another.
