U nd Absalom sandte nach Joab, daß er ihn zum König sendete; und er wollte nicht zu ihm kommen. Er aber sandte zum andernmal; immer noch wollte er nicht kommen.

Then Absalom sent for Joab, to send him to the king, but he would not come to him. Then he sent again a second time, but he would not come.
