T out Israël entendit que l'on disait: Saül a battu le poste des Philistins, et Israël se rend odieux aux Philistins. Et le peuple fut convoqué auprès de Saül à Guilgal.

Şi s-a auzit în tot Israelul că Saul a atacat garnizoana filistenilor şi că Israel s-a făcut urât acestora. Poporul a fost chemat să i se alăture lui Saul, la Ghilgal.
