A ussitôt il appela le jeune homme qui portait ses armes, et lui dit: Tire ton épée, et donne-moi la mort, de peur qu'on ne dise de moi: C'est une femme qui l'a tué. Le jeune homme le perça, et il mourut.

Then he called hastily to the young man his armor bearer, and said to him, “Draw your sword, and kill me, that men not say of me, ‘A woman killed him.’ His young man thrust him through, and he died.”
