E t les enfants d'Israël montèrent, et ils pleurèrent devant l'Éternel jusqu'au soir; ils consultèrent l'Éternel, en disant: Dois-je m'avancer encore pour combattre les fils de Benjamin, mon frère? L'Éternel répondit: Montez contre lui.

The children of Israel went up and wept before Yahweh until evening; and they asked of Yahweh, saying, “Shall I again draw near to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother?” Yahweh said, “Go up against him.”
