L e quatrième jour, ils se levèrent de bon matin, et le Lévite se disposait à partir. Mais le père de la jeune femme dit à son gendre: Prends un morceau de pain pour fortifier ton coeur; vous partirez ensuite.

And on the fourth day when they arose early in the morning, the Levite rose up to depart; and the damsel’s father said unto his son-in-law, Strengthen thy heart with a morsel of bread, and afterwards ye shall go.
