E t nous, nous avons connu l'amour que Dieu a pour nous, et nous y avons cru. Dieu est amour; et celui qui demeure dans l'amour demeure en Dieu, et Dieu demeure en lui.

And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
