m ais il les destina dès ce jour à couper le bois et à puiser l'eau pour l'assemblée, et pour l'autel de l'Éternel dans le lieu que l'Éternel choisirait: ce qu'ils font encore aujourd'hui.

And Joshua made them that day hewers of wood and drawers of water for the congregation, and for the altar of the Lord, even unto this day, in the place which he should choose.
