I ls se rangèrent à son avis. Et ayant appelé les apôtres, ils les firent battre de verges, ils leur défendirent de parler au nom de Jésus, et ils les relâchèrent.

And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
