T u étais un chérubin protecteur, aux ailes déployées; Je t'avais placé et tu étais sur la sainte montagne de Dieu; Tu marchais au milieu des pierres étincelantes.

Thou, great cherubim, wast covered, and I placed thee; thou wast in the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked among stones of fire.
