É coute, terre! Voici, je fais venir sur ce peuple le malheur, Fruit de ses pensées; Car ils n'ont point été attentifs à mes paroles, Ils ont méprisé ma loi.

Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts because they have not hearkened unto my words, and they hated my law.
