A lors Ismaël, fils de Nethania, se leva avec les dix hommes dont il était accompagné, et ils frappèrent avec l'épée Guedalia, fils d'Achikam, fils de Schaphan; il fit ainsi mourir celui que le roi de Babylone avait établi gouverneur du pays.

Then Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men who were with him, arose and struck Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, with the sword, and killed him whom the king of Babylon had made governor over the land.
