C 'est moi qui ai fait la terre, les hommes et les animaux qui sont sur la terre, par ma grande puissance et par mon bras étendu, et je donne la terre à qui cela me plaît.

I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the face of the earth, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom was upright in my eyes.
