E t moi j'ai dit: C'est en vain que j'ai travaillé, C'est pour le vide et le néant que j'ai consumé ma force; Mais mon droit est auprès de l'Éternel, Et ma récompense auprès de mon Dieu.

But I said, “I have toiled in vain, I have spent My strength for nothing and vanity; Yet surely the justice due to Me is with the Lord, And My reward with My God.”
