M oïse s'en alla; et de retour auprès de Jéthro, son beau-père, il lui dit: Laisse-moi, je te prie, aller rejoindre mes frères qui sont en Égypte, afin que je voie s'ils sont encore vivants. Jéthro dit à Moïse: Va en paix.

¶ Thus Moses went and returned unto Jethro, his father-in-law, and said unto him, I shall go now and return unto my brethren who are in Egypt and see whether they are yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.
