C omme il y avait dans l'assemblée beaucoup de gens qui ne s'étaient pas sanctifiés, les Lévites se chargèrent d'immoler les victimes de la Pâque pour tous ceux qui n'étaient pas purs, afin de les consacrer à l'Éternel.

For there were yet many in the congregation that were not sanctified; therefore, the Levites had the charge of the killing of the passovers for each one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto the LORD.
