I l prit les chefs de centaines, les hommes considérés, ceux qui avaient autorité parmi le peuple, et tout le peuple du pays, et il fit descendre le roi de la maison de l'Éternel. Ils entrèrent dans la maison du roi par la porte supérieure, et ils firent asseoir le roi sur le trône royal.

And he took the captains of the hundreds, and the nobles, and the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought down the king from the house of Jehovah; and they came through the upper gate into the king's house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom.
