E t ils entrèrent pour offrir des sacrifices et des holocaustes. Jéhu avait placé dehors quatre-vingts hommes, en leur disant: Celui qui laissera échapper quelqu'un des hommes que je remets entre vos mains, sa vie répondra de la sienne.

And they come in to make sacrifices and burnt-offerings, and Jehu hath set for himself in an out-place eighty men, and saith, `The man who letteth escape of the men whom I am bringing in unto your hand -- his soul for his soul.'
