E t si haut placée qu'ait été cette maison, quiconque passera près d'elle sera dans l'étonnement et sifflera. On dira: Pourquoi l'Éternel a-t-il ainsi traité ce pays et cette maison?

as to this house, is high, every one passing by it is astonished, and hath hissed, and they have said, Wherefore hath Jehovah done thus to this land and to this house?
