A lors un homme tira de son arc au hasard, et frappa le roi d'Israël au défaut de la cuirasse. Le roi dit à celui qui dirigeait son char: Tourne, et fais-moi sortir du champ de bataille, car je suis blessé.

Now a certain man drew a bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of his armor. So he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around and take me out of the battle, for I am wounded.”
