E t le roi donna ses ordres à Benaja, fils de Jehojada, qui sortit et frappa Schimeï; et Schimeï mourut. La royauté fut ainsi affermie entre les mains de Salomon.

So the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and he went out and fell upon him so that he died. Thus the kingdom was established in the hands of Solomon.
