M a l'Eterno disse a Samuele: «Non badare al suo aspetto né all'altezza della sua statura, poiché io l'ho rifiutato, perché l'Eterno non vede come vede l'uomo; l'uomo infatti guarda all'apparenza, ma l'Eterno guarda al cuore».

But Yahweh said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.”
