A llora egli disse a tutto Israele: «Voi state da una parte, e io e Gionathan mio figlio staremo dall'altra». Il popolo rispose a Saul: «Fa' ciò che ti sembra bene».

Then he said unto all Israel, Be ye on one side, and I and Jonathan my son will be on the other side. And the people said unto Saul, Do what seems good unto thee.
